Haven't been posting for quite some time now, can't even type properly. Got myself a macbook, so i'm trying to get used to the keyboard... tough shit.
So. As you know, we often get influenced by the internet. Being on the net for hours and stuff. how would your lives be without the internet? lol, terrible i suppose. For both girls and boys, you often see pictures of people with the 'perfect body'. As far as i know, tumblr, instagram and twitter are some of the places you would come across those pictures. Well here are some examples.
I know what you're thinking, why does this photos exist... but like how some people say, if you got it, flaunt it. I'm not gonna judge them. I don't know about guys but from my point of view, thats a body to die for. Not for real la. Okay, now you must be thinking, whats the whole point of this post? Okay, i've been somehow influenced by these pictures, decided to work out. To be honest, we are often judged by our appearance whether we like it or not, it's society. Whether you want to be thin or fat, depends on yourself, nobody's gonna force you and not everybody has the same idea of a 'perfect body'. Its kinda funny cause i've been underweight for most of my life. Not until now, i'm average weight. 50kg to be exact, i'm 5ft6, so don't judge. I can never have enough, i'll always want the newest phone, camera, laptop or clothes. So now i want to have a perfect body, at least a better one. I'm somehow a 'perfectionist' and a very competitive person. I know right, rubbish.
The thing about me is that i eat a lot. I don't eat a huge amount but i get hungry very easily. I knew that i couldn't stop eating so i slashed out the idea of having a diet. As log as i try not to eat too much junk food. So i decided to go online to see how can i workout. I went on youtube and there were tons of videos on working out.
I've been working out for 4 days now. I do it before i sleep cause thats the only time i have. I often make excuses for myself in attempt to make myself feel better. But i realise i'm only lying to myself. I mean, the body is yours, what you want, you work hard to get it. The most important thing, don't give up. I know that some people have the 'genes' that will make you be skinny or fat easily. But that doesn't mean you can blame it on your genes. Its your body, it's your choice. SO, i'll be continuing to work out and i hope to see results soon! Somehow, exciting. Till next time, toddles! xx
